Modernist Indian Dining Experience
A blend of the French word Très, meaning “very,” and Ind, short for Indian, Trèsind celebrates bold Indian flavors and time-honored techniques presented through Chef Himanshu Saini’s and (chefname) ’s modernist lens. Since launching in 2014, Trèsind has become one of Dubai’s most lauded restaurants. Trèsind was recognized in the inaugural Dubai MICHELIN Guide 2022 and has retained its position to date. It has also received a Toque at the Gault & Millau UAE Gala and Guide Release 2025 and MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022.

Our new home at 13–14 Hanover Street in Mayfair reflects everything Trèsind stands for. Set in one of London’s most prestigious and storied neighbourhoods, the address carries a rich heritage, named after the royal House of Hanover a symbol of legacy, culture, and timeless elegance.
In many ways, Trèsind mirrors this spirit, honouring tradition while redefining the language of modern Indian fine dining.

Based on the prospect of elevating the revered Indian cuisine & hospitality while bringing it onto the global culinary center stage, Mr. Bhupender Nath established Passion F&B. His vision is the driving force behind the company. An avid traveler and a fervent foodie, he has always been inspired by the hospitality industry. Mr. Nath has been named ‘Indian Innovator’ by Entrepreneur ME, ‘F&B Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Entrepreneur ME, and ‘F&B CEO of the Year’ by Caterer ME, among others.
